Winmar Vancouver is recognized by the Insurance Council of BC as an accredited course provider. Our six-course catalogue was reviewed and approved on May 13, 2026. CE credits earned through our courses count toward the annual continuing education requirements for general insurance licensees in BC.
We deliver the catalogue in-person across the Lower Mainland and live-virtual across British Columbia. Courses are scheduled on demand for brokerages, adjuster teams, and Council-licensed groups.

Winmar Vancouver (6505589 Canada Inc.) is a property restoration firm operating across the Lower Mainland — water, fire, mould, asbestos, and biohazard work, for residential, strata, and commercial files. We run files for every major Canadian insurer and most regional carriers.
We built Insurece.ai because the gap between what brokers sell, what adjusters assess, and what contractors actually do on site is the source of more friction in BC property claims than any single line of policy language. Our courses close that gap with people who handle the files.

Course materials
Each course includes a participant workbook, the slide deck, and a post-course closed-book assessment as required by the Insurance Council of BC for CE-credit delivery.
